Featured episodes include Thanksgiving and Christmas specials, famous chefs including Leah Chase and Paul Prudhomme, and a healthy dose of Louisiana history and culture.

He meets with Marie Orgeron, an alumna and the former development director, who shares a special school recipe for Pecan Pie.
