Why The Joy of Poison?
We chose this title because Helen was so excited about visiting The Power of Poison exhibit at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science! But Helen also showed us other exhibits she loves to see when she goes to the museum. For example, she loves playing aliens and space explorers with her mom!
During our visit, we also had an opportunity to chat with Kelsi Cowan, a program coordinator at DMNS, who helps manage the museum's galleries.
She shared with us her favorite thing about her job: "I'm in the business of making people happy. Every day I get to come into work and be able to create these programs and special adventures for guests to maybe to talk about at the dinner table."
